1. Two Configurations Available

• Educational Version: Features a protective grille (shown in the image), ideal for training purposes. Note: The grille may slightly reduce thrust efficiency.

• Standard Version: No grille (recommended for operational use), delivering maximum power output.

2. Advanced Motor Technology

• Optimized Performance: Open-frame motor engineered for extended service life, high pressure resistance, and superior corrosion resistance. Outperforms comparable motors in efficiency.

• Innovative Sliding Bearings:

  • Material: Special polymer composite

  • Key Advantages: Ultra-low friction, corrosion-proof, self-lubricating

  • vs Traditional Bearings: Eliminates maintenance needs of metal/plastic bearings and operates reliably in harsh environments (seawater, turbid water, etc.).

3. Recommendations

• For non-educational applications, the grille-free standard version is strongly advised to maintain full thrust capability.

• The motor’s self-sustaining design minimizes lifetime maintenance costs.

This thruster design is based on the popular T200 thruster, it has a max power of thrust of 7.5 kg.

The motor with a simple structure, and open waterproof design, it will not easy corrosion.

This new T200 is use high-quality material, which has a better surface.

•  Good motor inside

The surface of the magnetic steel is protected by epoxy resin coating, and it is made of 316 stainless steel bearing, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-resistant.

•  Custom Propeller

Custom design propeller with a low cost, both CW and CCW is accepted.
